Framing Rising for The Alcott
With construction permitted for exterior work and multi-family projects in Boston, framing is back underway for The Alcott near North Station. The upcoming 44-story tower that replaces the Garden Garage will feature 469 apartments. The project will also 2,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space plus a new parking garage with space for around 830 cars.
