Framing Tops Off on 201 Brookline Avenue in Fenway
Suffolk Construction has topped off framing on 201 Brookline Avenue in Fenway as the final steel beam was lifted into place by Iron Workers Local 7. Part of the larger 401 Park development, the upcoming 500,000 square foot project has 2 tenants lined up, cancer drug maker Tango Therapeutics and investment firm Third Rock Ventures, and construction is expected to last through 2022.
The development team of Samuels & Associates and Alexandria Real Estate Equities are also planning another 550,000 square feet of life science space on the other side of the existing 401 Park Drive building with construction there expected to start later this year or early next.
