Framing Underway for 101-105 Washington St in Brighton
Framing is underway for the upcoming mixed-use development at 101-105 Washington Street in Brighton. The project will include a new synagogue and mikvah facility along with a residential building located next to the Washington Street T stop. The residential building will stand seven stories tall and will consist of 70 rental units, 9 of which will be designated affordable. The rental units will be 1 and 2-bedroom units and residents will have access to amenities including a roof deck and a rooftop lounge.
