Framing Underway for Arlington Affordable Multifamily
Framing is ongoing at 117 Broadway in Arlington for one of the three buildings within the affordable multifamily project. The scatter site development will feature 48 affordable rental units, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 beds. The 117 Broadway building will also feature ground floor commercial space.
