Framing Underway for College Park Mixed-Use Project
Construction on Prince George County's new mixed-use community Aster at College Park is well underway. Decking is being laid for the third floor of Building B and concrete decking is being erected for the second floor in Building D. Located on Baltimore Avenue, the project includes two apartment buildings featuring nearly 400 units, two parking garages, and 70,000 square feet of retail space.
