Framing Underway for Flats at Boulevard VI
The John Moriarty team is nearing turnover for the first phase of townhouse pads after installing underground utilities and performing site improvements. Meanwhile, the Flats at Boulevard VI has begun structural wood framing after completing the 2-story underground parking garage. The project will include 144 multifamily residential condominiums, 115 townhomes, and seven single-family homes.
