Framing Underway for South Boston R&D Project
Framing is now underway for The 105 at the nexus of South Boston and Seaport. The new 7-story, 260,000+ square foot R&D project will offer best-in-class facilities along with a host of amenities including a cafe, fitness center, meeting, and outdoor terrace space. Feldman Surveyors has been involved with the project for a number of years starting with preparing the land title and existing conditions surveys and now is working with the general contractor, Consigli, on construction engineering and layout. Construction is expected to last through Q1 of 2022.
