Framing Underway for Union Market Mixed-Use Project
Framing is underway for the mixed-use project along Florida Avenue in the heart of Union Market. The project will include the first MOB HOTEL in America. The hotel will feature 144 rooms, a rooftop restaurant with incredible DC views, live music, a cinema, a restaurant, and bar. The project will also offer 110 apartments, along with over 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
