Framing Wrapping Up at 45 L Street in South Boston
Framing is wrapping up at 45 L Street as window install on the higher floors is finished and work to the lobby/commercial space is being completed. This new five-story building will include 30 condominium units along with a resident fitness center, public meeting room, and 32 parking spaces. The 1,000 sf of commercial space will be occupied by Higgins Insurance, a prior tenant of the building that was removed from the site to make way for this project.
