Wood Framing is nearly complete for the multi-family building at 105 Washington Street in Somerville. The project will feature 7 units, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with 7 parking spaces on site. Resident will also have access to a communal roof deck along with a bicycle room, and car charging stations.
