Framing Wrapping Up for Affordable Housing Development in Reston
Framing is nearly complete for the Lake Anne Fellowship project in Reston VA. The upcoming 8 story building will feature 240 affordable housing units along with a host of resident amenities including a fitness center, social hall, and outdoor terrace. The development is utilizing Hambro structural floors and joists to help reduce the transfer deck and foundation requirements on the project. Construction is expected to wrap up in summer 2022.
