Friend Street Property Mortgaged
C Ventures has mortgaged their Friend Street property for $7.525 million via Digital Federal Credit Union.
The site is a proposed new construction building of 14 000 square-feet, comprised
of 7 stories with basement. At the ground level is a proposed reception
area; with a takeout restaurant. Plans for shared sleeping rooms on
floors 2-7 with an additional restaurant, roof deck, and balcony on the
top floor.
