Friendship Center Redevelopment Approved
The mixed-use redevelopment of the Friendship Center along Wisconsin Avenue NW has been approved by the DC Zoning Board. Plans call for 310 residential units with up to 14,000 square feet of retail space plus 180 parking spaces. Sustainability measures will include LEED Gold certification, 10 EV charging stations, a photovoltaic array at Iona Senior Center.
