Ft. Lauderdale Developer Scores $102M Loan to Build 352 Apartments
Ft. Lauderdale developers Moderno Development Group and New Century Companies secured a $102 million construction loan to break ground on Rivr Lofts in Fort Lauderdale. The developers received approval from the city in July 2021 and plan to break ground in June 2022. Financing was arranged by Aztec Group.
Rivr Lofts is a 29-story apartment project comprising 352 units, including 176 studios, 154 one-bedroom units, and 22 two-bedroom units.
