Full Building Permit Issued for 220 N. Ada Residential Development

Construction is underway for mixed-use development at 220 N. Ada. The sustainably designed residential development by Shapack Partners, CRG, and KMW Communities will offer 308 rental apartments and over 12,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residential units designed by Gensler will be available in different layouts ranging from 400 to 1,400 square feet with open floor plans. The buildings exterior was designed by SOM.
