Full Building Permit Issued for Thrive Exchange South 

Thrive Exchange South, a mixed-use, six-story affordable housing development in South Chicago, has received a full building permit. The 78-foot building will offer 43 residential apartments, a landscaped plaza, and a second-floor amenity deck for residents. The development also includes a retail plaza and office space for Neighborhood Housing Services.
