Full Demolition Plans Filed For One Brickell City Centre
On January 20th a demolition permit application was created for the building at 700 Brickell Avenue and has now entered the review phase.
As of yesterday, Miami's Building Department is actively reviewing the complete demolition plans for One Brickell City Centre.
The permit shows 221,243 square feet of total demolition and is estimated to cost $1.35 million.
Alpha Wrecking Group is listed as the contractor.
