Fully Approved Williamsburg Development Site Trades for $48.25M
A vacant development site, located at 133 Kent Avenue in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood, has been sold for $48.25 million. The property was purchased by developer, Joyland Group, from the previous owner, L3 Capital, in a deal brokered by JLL.
Joyland's acquisition of the 20,000-square-foot site comes with fully approved plans for a 6-story, mixed-use development, which the company plans to begin constructing right away. The building is set to contain 43 luxury condo units and roughly 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Designed by BKSK Architects, with Target Construction LLC to serve as the general contractor, the structure will stand 75 feet tall and total approximately 100,000 square feet.
