Fulton Market Tower Tops Out at 220 N. Ada 

The 29-story mixed-use development at 220 N. Ada has topped out in Fulton Market. Upon completion, the tower will offer 308 residential units and over 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The 314-foot building will also feature a two-story parking podium with 115 spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as a full-floor amenity suite on the 4th floor, which will include a fitness center and outdoor deck.
