Funding Secured for $42M Cascades of Frederick Project
Cascades of Frederick, located at 360 Prospect Blvd in Frederick, Maryland recently broke ground at the beginning of August. With the help of AGM Financial Services, the funding was recently acquired for the project that is being developed by The Community Housing Initiative. The project will consist of 151 elderly independent apartments with 90 rooms of assisted living facilities. Amenities include a library, lounge and fitness center, all connected through landscaped walking paths.
