Further EAS Filings for 150 Mill Street
Another Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) has just been filed for a 10-story, commercial development, proposed at 150 Mill Street in Brooklyn's Red Hook neighborhood. The proposal has not yet entered public review, but this latest filing comes several months after the applicant, 150 Mill LLC, submitted requests to rezone both the project site and multiple neighboring lots. The application seeks to increase bulk restrictions, which would allow larger buildings to be constructed within the district.
Developed by , the building would contain square feet of office space, as well as square feet of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 15,144 square feet of community facility area, which would be used for ambulatory diagnostics.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site itself is a paved lot, and no demolition would be necessary.
