Futuristic Office Project Completes in Greenwich Village
has fully finished constructing 799 Broadway; a modern, 12-story office development in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood. This marks the end of a two-and-a-half-year build, which began in the fall of 2019.
Developed by , the building contains of leasable office space. 799 Broadway was designed by with simplistic shapes and cubic overlaps that seem to follow the current architectural trend of stacking non-uniform floors to create futuristic-looking 'sculptures'.
Part of what makes up the structure's cutting-edge exterior aesthetic is a series of roof terraces, spanning almost every floor. These outdoor spaces are mostly for private use and many are connected directly to office suites.
Standing feet tall, 799 Broadway totals square feet. JLL is handling all marketing responsibilities, and at this time 114,000 square feet of leasable space is still up for grabs.
