Gallaudet University & JBG Smith Win Approval for 650 Unit Mixed-Use Project
Gallaudet University & JBG Smith have won approval for a mixed-use project on Parcel 4, located on the south side of Penn Street, NE, between 5th and 6th Streets. Plans call for approximately 647 residential units, and 33,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also include numerous amenities including a centrally-located sunken garden, a residential pet park, and a penthouse terrace with an expansive pool deck and group and private dining area.
