Garelick Farms Sells Lynnway Plant for $9.9 Million
Dean Foods, the owner of the flagship Garelick Farms plant at 626 Lynnway in Lynn, sold the property to a venture between A.W. Perry and Novaya Real Estate Ventures for $9.9 Million. The transaction includes 626 Lynnway, 680 Lynnway, and the 10-acre parcel at 0 Circle Avenue, and was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
The 250,000 SF facility includes over 60,000 SF of cold storage.
