Gateway Flex Building Sells Twice in 10 Months
Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of a 31,607 SF industrial flex building at 12000 28th Street N for $4.6 million or $146 per square foot.
Bridgewater sold the building last November for $3.75 million or $119 per square foot. The latest seller, G2 Harness LLC, completed about $500,000 in upgrades to the facility before putting it back on the market this June.
“We had a lot of activity when we put it back out there a second time. It was perfect for a new owner-user to grab a modern facility on a 3.19-acre site with room to expand the building’s footprint,” Bridgewater’s Managing Broker Kris Dumke said.
Alan Kronenberg of Lineage Real Estate represented the undisclosed out-of-state buyer.
The property, which is about 40 percent office space, is positioned in the Gateway District, just minutes from two international airports and within commuting distance of most of the metro region.
