GC Reveals Construction Progress for Jacksonville Apartment Project
FaverGray, the general contractor for The Station at San Marco, revealed a photo indicating progress on the 6-story parking deck and the foundation for the 345 apartments planned there via Linkedin. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2023. The site is located at 1230 Hendricks Avenue in Jacksonville, FL.
The Station at San Marco is planned to rise 5 stories and include 345 apartments and 5,000 square feet of retail space. There will also be a six-story parking deck with a pool and fitness center on top.
