GC Selected for Largo Medical Office Project
Chesapeake Contracting Group has recently been awarded the Carillon Medical Office Building project for Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI). Scope of work includes the new, 128,000 SF, 5-story, steel-framed medical office building and associated sitework. Designed by MGMA, the Carillon Medical Office Building will serve the Largo community and surrounding Prince George's County area.
