GE Departs Downsized Fort Point Headquarters
General Electric has announced their departure from 5 Necco Court in Fort Point. The historic brick and beam buildings have been fully renovated for the company and housed around 250 GE employees.
Originally planned to house GE facilities, 15 Necco Street - now under construction - will house innovative research and office space for Pharma-giant Eli Lilly. The building, which is targeting LEED Gold Core & Shell, Fitwel, WELL, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, is expected to deliver in late 2023.
