General Contractor Selected for Approved Roxbury Multifamily
has been selected as general contractor for 2147-2163 Washington Street in Roxbury as construction is set to begin on the project. An affordable housing project first approved in 2020, plans call for 62 housing units and 2,500 SF of retail space near Nubian Square in Roxbury.
