GeoEngineers Begins Pre-Construction Work for 60 Guest St. Lab
GeoEngineers has started work on pre-construction surveys and geotechnical instrumentation for the 60 Guest Street project in Boston Landing. The GeoEngineers’ team is providing geotechnical, environmental, and construction design services for the project slated to break ground later this summer. The new 9-story state-of-the-art lab will include 320,000-square-feet of space and a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground-floor and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.
