Gilbane to Match 100% of Employee Charitable Donations
Gilbane has announced that as part of their ESG strategy focused on enhancing our community giving, they will be matching 100% of charitable donations made by employees, doubling the previous matching gift program. The program is open to all charitable organizations.
The new matching gift program is now in effect and the firm has officially launched their new workplace giving platform! The platform serves as a one-stop shop for their people to find ways to give back within their communities, both through charitable giving and volunteer opportunities.
A core pillar of Gilbane's ESG platform is to build their social impact. They are striving to drive community involvement through volunteering, community engagement, and philanthropy, and this new platform will help do just that!
