Gold Coast Mixed-Use Project Tops Out
Earlier this month the project team including Newcastle Limited, CallisonRTKL, and Power Construction celebrated the topping out of Gild along N. State Parkway. The mixed-use building will feature 18,000 square feet of retail and 89 residential units. Construction is expected to last through spring 2022.
