Granite Canyon Partners Acquires Brentwood Industrial Portfolio
Granite Canyon Partners has acquired Eastgate Industrial Portfolio, a 250,000 SF small bay industrial and retail property, made up of 8 buildings. The property is located in Brentwood, MD — on the doorstep of Washington DC — at the corner of Bladensburg Rd and Eastern Ave, NE. GCP was able to acquire the property from the family trust who originally developed the farmland into the current buildings beginning in the late 1950's.
