Granite Canyon Partners has closed on 5225 MacArthur Blvd, NW in Washington, DC with land records showing the a purchase price of $5,150,000. This iconic retail corner at Arizona Ave and MacArthur Blvd is situated in one of the capitol’s most prestigious neighborhoods, offering unparalleled long-term potential. The transaction is Granite Canyon Partners' 18th deal since our launch in December of 2019 and pushes their Assets Under Management (AUM) beyond $250M.
