Green Energy Company Leases 30K SF in Burlington
Envision Energy USA has signed a full building lease for 10 North Avenue within Northwest Park in Burlington. The firm has dubbed the R&D facility their H2 Center of Excellence. The building which was constructed in the 1960s sits on a 2.7-acre site. Hunneman represented Envision Energy in the transaction.
