Greenpoint Distribution Center Sells for $70M
A last-mile distribution center and truck terminal located at 512 Gardner Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn has just traded hands for $70 million. It was bought by Realterm from , who only owned the industrial property for a matter of months. The sqft lot contains a sqft cross-dock building that was built in 1950. It has 52 loading docks and an attached 2-story section with sqft of office space. There is also a 1,610 sqft repair shop structure on the other side of the lot. Zoning allows for 394,376 buildable square feet on the property for commercial and industrial use.
