Greenwich Village Residential Building Sells for $22.85M
A 7-story residential building located at 118 West 13th Street in Greenwich Village has just sold for $22.85 million. The property was purchased by Slate Property Group from a private research university called, The New School. The building is 33,975 square feet and sits on a 6,453 square foot lot. The interior has been completely gutted, which means Slate can reconfigure the floor plans as they see fit. Previously, 118 West 13th Street housed 175 students in a dorm configuration.
