Greystar Acquires Arlington Development Site for $19M
Greystar has acquired the site at 2025 Clarendon Boulevard from Carr Properties for $19M. Carr Properties had won approval in 2015 to build a 12-story office tower on the site with 185K SF of office and 7K SF of retail on the site but now Greystar is planning a 16-story apartment tower. The tower would feature around 225 apartments with 4,000 square feet of retail and 74 parking spaces.
