Greystar Acquires North Tampa Apartment Community in $63,000,000 Deal
Residences at Lake Park, a luxury apartment community in Lutz, Florida just north of Tampa, was sold to Greystar for $63,000,000. Formerly known as Tapestry Lake Park, the property was previously owned by Arlington Properties. Residences at Lake Park offers 177 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The upscale community features several amenities including a clubhouse with coffee and tea bar, 24-hour fitness center with a yoga, spin and kickboxing studio, resort-style pool with pavilion and outdoor grilling station, a cybercafe and dog park. Located in Lutz, Florida, just north of Tampa, Residences Lake Park offers easy access to all major freeways, downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport. The local area features several retailers and dining options.
