Ground Breaking Celebrated at Craftsman’s Circle
Located just inside the beltway the structure is on a 13.9-acre property situated in the Kenilworth Interchange Industrial Park and was originally built in 1967.
The once 152,000 sq. ft. property will be redeveloped to feature a Class A industrial tilt-wall building and will have a new total of 182,000 sq. ft.
The building will include 47 loading docks.
