Ground Broken at AER Tampa
Ground has been broken on AER Tampa (Arts and Entertainment Residences) a 33-story development in downtown Tampa. The tower will be located at 300 West Tyler Street, across from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. The tower will feature 344 residential units a separate building next to it will contain 13,688 square feet of retail space and a parking garage with 504 spaces. Completion is expected in the spring of 2024.
