Ground Broken at Nine20 Manatee Apartments
Friday, September 9th, 2022 was the Groundbreaking Ceremony for one of NDC’s newest projects – Nine20 Manatee Apartments. Nine20 Manatee Apartments will be a 137-unit apartment community in the heart of Downtown Bradenton, Florida with a mission of providing housing for Bradenton’s workforce. The Project will feature top-of-the-line amenities including a rooftop cabana deck, fitness center, business center, enclosed bike storage, and private storage.
Additionally, the Project will be the beneficiary of a seven-year 60% tax abatement. Nine20 Manatee will offer onsite and offsite parking, with construction anticipated to take around 18 months.
