Ground is Broken for Art House in Downtown St. Petersburg
The 42-story mixed-use development, Art House, has broken ground. Sales began four months ago. Located at 200 Central Avenue, it will be constructed on what is now a surface parking lot adjacent to the 200 Central office building. Rising to 450 feet, the luxury condominium tower will be among the tallest buildings in St. Petersburg. Planned for 244 luxury residences, two and three bedroom and 12 penthouses, the development will also include ground level retail and co-working space. Completion is estimated in late 2024.
