Groundbreaking Celebrated at Affordable Housing Community
The Tampa Housing Authority celebrated the official groundbreaking at an affordable housing community in Riverview, Florida. Zion Village will offer 75 affordable housing residences for seniors. The one-bedroom, 650-square foot residences will be designated for those that earn 30% to 70% of the area median income (AMI). Of the 75 residential units, 12 are reserved for those earning 30%, three for those earning 50%, 34 for those earning 60% and 26 for those earning at or below 70%.
