Groundbreaking Held at South Tampa Apartment Community
The groundbreaking ceremony was held at Casa Bel Mar, new affordable housing community in South Tampa. The four-story building will provide 100 one and two-bedroom affordable housing apartments ranging from 611 to 1,074 square feet along with 100 parking spaces. Amenities include a clubroom and fitness center. The existing building on the site was demolished.
