Groundbreaking Set for Saddlebridge Downtown Davie
Developer White Oak Development has announced that Saddlebridge Downtown Davie, a new apartment community with workforce housing in Davie, Florida has gained approval. Groundbreaking is slated for January 2025. The community will offer 286 apartments in two four-story buildings. The buildings will be located on two parcels connected by a pedestrian bridge. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will range from 752 to 2,045 square feet. The building on the north parcel will contain 185 apartments and 101 will be contained in the south building. The community will include three residences designated for those who earn up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI) and 54 residences designated as workforce housing, available for those earning up to 120% of the AMI. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse with co-working space and two courtyards.
