Groundwork Underway For Compass Landing By Margaritaville on the Space Coast
Exciting things are happening at our Compass Landing by Margaritaville project in Melbourne! Our early works package is almost completed, which included demo of the existing concrete walls, parking areas, and mass grading of the site. We have also installed a temporary lift station for the neighboring office building so the existing lift station owned by the City of Melbourne could be removed. Test piles for the hotel have been installed and will be tested ahead of time to eliminate any schedule conflicts with the main contract work. All of this has been taking place while BCI Marine Contractors (working directly for the owner) has been installing the shoreline revetment and piles for the new marina.
