Guidehouse Leases 75K SF At Renovated Tysons Office Building
Guidehouse has announced plans for a new corporate campus at 1676 International Drive in Tysons, expecting around 1,550 employees to occupy the 75,000 square feet of space. The 13-story, roughly 300,000 square foot building recently underwent a $20M renovation. Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre said in a statement, "our new Tysons headquarters will provide the foundation for our people to collaborate in an environment that inspires creativity and reflects our optimism about the future."
