Hampton Inn in Miami Beach Sells for $44M
Hampton Inn by Hilton, formerly known as The Continental, was sold by Sukkah Miami Beach Acquisitions LLC, a joint venture between Pebb Capital and LeaseFlorida, to Spot On Ventures for $43.9 million.
The Continental Miami Beach is a 100-key hotel on Collins Avenue. The hotel rises 5 stories and was built in 1948.
