Hanover Company & Northwestern Mutual Break Ground on Frederick Airport Park
The Hanover Company, along with partners Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, have announced that construction has commenced on two 250,000 front-park, rear-load buildings at Frederick Airport Park. Plans for the 118-acre site call for 1.7m square feet of flexible industrial space well-positioned just off I-70 proximate to both the Washington and Baltimore metros.
